• I hope they add birds to tame, and all those other little critters(if they're wanting ideas). even though. Dx I hated and was always worried about the snakes when my main Sim caught one, lol. But it would be so interesting. if they added some new emotions (fear, come on, EA), and they be like terrified and the Squeamish trait would be. gold. For this. haha. And then. of course. they could add coward and if they fainted. I'd be non-stop laughing.

  In sims 3 , pets were better with open world.

  i agree with you i think more people should of gotten them. there are a lot of other simmers out there with more choices in what they want to have in the game and i also agree they should combine pets with a farm life pack

• Surveys most likely go to simmers with major fan sites. And as far as the ideas on the survey I'm not really surprised that they're like TS2 and TS3. I mean, it's pets. I don't expect something wildly different.

• If they do it, I sure hope that birds are even more in-depth than they were last time! I'd love to have in-depth smaller animals. I know it would probably be hard to implement, but..! I just love birds and other small pets so much! Agh! The smaller pets don't feel like they get as much attention. (Lizard, Fish, Mouse, Bird, Ferret, Etc.)
  The addition of wild animals around the area would be INCREDIBLE. Just imagine deer prancing around Granite Falls! Nngh, it'd be so cute! And birds. Those dang raccoons. Foxes! I guess there would need to be a toggle to keep the world from generating them if people don't want them, though. And a country town to go with it, so horses don't seem out of place! There could be farming slipped in as a surprise..
  This is all just wishful thinking not demands obviously. This just really excited me. It's not toddlers, but running my own little pack of puppies or kittens would be pretty fun. I hope it lets me take my dog with me on my detective jobs. Sick 'em, boy!

  It would nice for those who want them but I never really played them when I did it was in Sims 2 it was very brief, however again it is about options.

  I think it will be a World like OR. Instead of a few cabins to rent, it will be a few houses you can choose from to buy and live there. Due to adding in Venues also I kind of hope its like that. Keep all the horses in one place and not running all over the other Worlds, LOL
  I think they will have a few animal surprises though or maybe put pigs or goats etc. in another pack later. I am hoping with horses, later farming will come? I want me some farmland!
  Then again, very possible I am wrong, LOL
  Edit: Does the survey come thru Origin or is it thru email (I never check my email, LOL)
• The Pets expansion for Sims3 brought the unicorn with it. I did not like the unicorn at all because it almost always spawned in an area it could not move from and made the game lag and stutter like crazy. That expansion drove me crazy until I finally yanked it. I was disappointed because I really enjoyed the horses. But, really, wild horses running around everywhere? Even in busy downtown areas where no self-respecting wild horse would dream of being?
  If they decide to do a repeat of a pets expansion, I hope they use a bit more common sense and keep the wild animals in the wild and the stray cats and dogs at zero. I do pet rescue work and there is nothing more sad than a stray cat or dog that has no one to take care of it. In Sims2 I yanked the pets expansion because of the amount of strays running around everywhere. It was one time when play time became too much like real life.
  But please do bring back the deer, raccoons, chipmunks and other minor creatures. They add a new dimension to the whole game. I delayed yanking the pets expansion because of the deer and the horses. But my worlds became easier to play once that expansion was uninstalled. If pets are allowed to roam there should be a tagging system where the player can see who owns said pet. Bad doggy digs in your garden and the owner can be traced and scolded for not properly training his pet. As a nod to the efforts of no-kill shelters, a better way to handle having adoptable pets would be to have them available in pet stores only. Litters of puppies and kittens would automatically be placed in a pet store if the player decides not to keep them as members of the active household. Just look at this as a teaching moment. Strays are not funny in any situation. Even when it is in a game.
